Kraemer was actually the first Heating and AC company I found who had a complete understanding of the status of and problems with a particular Amana/Goodman Furnace recall! When I explained what was occurring, they had a recall kit ready to go and actually came out that same day. Technicians were courteous, explained the work to be done, worked steadily, and, ultimately installed the recalled parts. It appears the issue is solved and the quick, complete and knowledgeable and response was appreciated!
