Homeowner had called looking for a safety inspection on her infloor heat boiler system as she is looking to be selling home in the near future. When I arrived on site, the homeowner had mentioned the boiler had been running longer than normal. The boiler system was running very low water pressure. The technician was able to add water to the system so that it would be running at peak performance. The rest of the system is running very well.

Tech found that furnace went out on retries. Tech found that the pressure switch would not close on start up. Tech replaced pressure switch and system started as it should.
